Simultaneously, the demand for AI and machine learning (ML) professionals is surging as AI adoption accelerates across all industry segments. However, this creates a paradox: while AI skills are in high demand, many entry to mid-level developers are experiencing job cuts at major tech companies due to shifting market dynamics. This widening AI skills gap presents both a unique challenge and an urgent opportunity.
